The Seedling Chardonnay 2011 sourced entirely from 2 vineyards in Tumbarumba. The wine was matured in a combination of old French barriques and hogsheads for 12 months prior to bottling. The wine displays aromas of stone fruit, citrus and minerals, all the hallmarks of great Tumbarumba Chardonnay.

The Seedling Shiraz is sourced from a single vineyard in Gundagai on rich, red iron stone soils. Gundagai experienced beautiful warm days and cool nights during the 2010 vintage and this coupled with moderate rainfall delivered a Shiraz that is bright, perfumed and displays lifted red fruits and silky tannins.
